I am Perfect picture to manage HLM when I saw hoarding at Nehru nagar railway crossing, Ghaziabad of "HLM Public School "for the very first time that time i was in 10^th class only. Since then idea sowed a seed to college in more progressive manner and I have joined it after completing my studies and manufactured needs of college development ,enhancement and off course for its inhabitants my employees in my own tiny ,sure shot success way. I love imbibing new things on my own for college thats why I am different,imbibe bal. I am educative, learning, dedicated, creative, successful in studies therefore, I love thought of being here in HLM.

After completing full time of studies and beyond. I am managing now HLM Group of Institutions full time and everyday aiming to make it par excellence. I thought introduction like this was never needed as being daughter of Sunil Miglani Chairman HLM Group of Institutions and Migsun Real Estate Group but now times have gone by and this was stated to be written here.

I am Graduated in Bachelors degree-Commerce from Gargi College, Delhi University. Further took education from London School of Economics in course "Leadership in Organizations", "Marketing with Social Innovation" and, "Entrepreneurial Finance" and short value course from Oxford university called "Strategic thinking in management" to enhance my ability to understand value of versable education, to open my mind in much broader spectrum , strengthen my ability in diversive field of education which is much needed in this era.

I am well travelled in Education field after so much of happiness in study well now I manage to devote myself to increase my own successful standards for my own College and also to raise bar of education in India and Abroad in terms of infrastructure , instilling right parameters of higher education, and perfect work ethics for employees in HLM as organization and as Group of Institutions. I have created five books and used HLM as a platform to publish it.

My aim is to provide right teaching methodology, stated and workable infrastructure, nurturing, and instilling right moral values through various practical approaches, events to be successful in all grounds of life. Thus, simplicity is key I state here to win a higher edge in life.
