Profile - Dr. R. K. Singhal
Dr. Singhal R.K. working as Distinguished Professor with HLM Group of Institutions and served as Director at many reputed Institutions. Also holding positions currently as Associate Dean(Faculty of Management) & BOS Convener at AKTU (Abdul Kalam Technical University), Lucknow since 2016. Mr Singhal is B.Tech, PGDBM (IMT-GZB), and Certificate in Supply Chain from IIT-Kanpur, He has an experience of more than 43 years , out of which he worked in Industries of repute like Hero Group for around 21years at top level of management, and in academics he is working since 22 years. He visited & taught Indian HR practices and Negotiation for 2 years at VIU (Vancouver Ireland University), Canada during summer. He is currently associated as Trainer with L & T (construction division) since 2012 and CPWD since 2009 & trained over 2000 working professionals in last 20 years. He published 2 books and more than 10 research papers in national, International Journals & Scopus Indexed Journals. He has Chaired the sessions in International Conferences at Shanghai, China & Dubai & presented the papers.
